Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza (born June 26 April 1984) is a performer, comedian who is famous for her ability to express her humor in a funny style. April Ludgate is her role in Parks and Recreation. It was with The Jeannie Tate Show the actress began her online show by performing sketch comedy or improvised material, as well as other forms of improvisation at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington Delaware) is the daughter Bernadette Plaza who is an attorney by profession and David Plaza a financial consultant. Her father is Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish and English. Plaza graduated from the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and was a Catholic girls' secondary school, in the year 2006 following graduating in 2002. When she was a senior in high school Plaza served as the president of Wilmington Drama League and her school's Student Government. Plaza had a stroke while in her sophomore year at college. This left her with an expressive aphasia aswell as a paralysis. The recovery process is now complete. Since 2004 Plaza has been doing improv and sketch comedy on The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City. In New York, Plaza has performed stand-up comics in The Improv as well as the Laugh Factory. Plaza appeared in the role of Robin Gibney in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street, The Jeannie Tate Show and the first episode Terrible Decisions starring Ben Schwartz. In CollegeHumor's Troopers, she played the Princess a satirical sci-fi character. Plaza made her debut on the saxophone with Cassorla's Bona Fide. She first appeared in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings in 2012. In 2016 Plaza appeared on HarmonQuest in the role of Hawaiian Coffee a gnome. She was Aaron Burr and Cat Adams, respectively, in Drunk History. TV series Criminal Minds. She made a triumphant return to her role was in the 12th season of Criminal Minds. The following year, it was confirmed Plaza's appearance in An Evening of Beverly Luff Linn, a comedy indie.
